How onboarding starts on ECBT
Three entry channels share one spine: CRM record, taxonomy, Vue phases, document manifest, and (when required) staff tasks and email reminders. Public bypass QR skips the register picker. The path is fixed in code, like staff bypass, but self-initiated.

Self-serve: user picks segment, role, and location type on /register, then Vue onboarding.

Staff-initiated: wp-admin form creates CRM+UEP with fixed taxonomy; client continues on Vue. Triggers tasks and mail.

Scan encodes the future landing URL. Forms and redirects are not live in demo mode.

Public bypass for counter and marketing: skips /register pickers. Same funnel as staff Route B (book_purchaser). Self-initiated — client completes a short form then Vue Phase 1.
